Marta Lilly

Executive Director

Marta was hired as the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation Operations Manager on October 5, 2020. She has been involved with several Plano based non-profits for the last 11 years. Marta received the Athena Award recently for her contributions to the community.

Marta has lived in the DFW area for over 39 years and is active in the community. She has been married for 36 years to Chip Lilly and they have raised their 3 children in Carrollton. Two of their children reside and work in the DFW area and 1 child lives and works in Colorado.

Marta has worked in the hospitality field for more than 29 years, with the last 25 years focused on non-profit organizations in the DFW area. Marta brings organizational and management experience as well as a knowledge of the Plano community to Hendrick Scholarship Foundation. She has a vast understanding of education and a passion for student achievement and success.
Marta currently serves on the board for North Texas Maverick’s Water Polo Club. She is worked with the LISD athletics to establish Water Polo as the newest UIL sport for the North Texas ISD’s.

She is excited about the opportunity to work for Hendrick Scholarship Foundation and their scholars.
