Marta Lilly
Executive Director
Marta was hired as the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation Operations Manager on October 5, 2020. She has been involved with several Plano based non-profits for the last 7 years.
Marta has lived in the DFW area for 35 years and is active in the community. She has been married for 31 years to Chip Lilly and they have raised their 3 children in Carrollton. Two of their children reside and work in the DFW area and 1 child lives and works in Colorado.
Marta has worked in the hospitality field for more than 22 years, with the last 18 years focused on non-profit organizations in the DFW area. Marta brings organizational and management experience as well as a knowledge of the Plano community to Hendrick Scholarship Foundation. She has a vast understanding of education and a passion for student achievement and success.
Marta currently serves on the board for Hebron High School Water Polo Booster Club. She is working with the board to establish Water Polo as the next UIL sport for the North Texas ISD’s.
She is excited about the opportunity to work for Hendrick Scholarship Foundation and their scholars.

April Beall
Student Operations Manager
As a Hendrick Scholarship graduate, April is happy to return to HSF as the new Student Success Committee Operations Manager. She graduated with honors from Texas Woman’s University in 2011 and received a BFA in Art and Photography. College was a life changing experience for her and she has been working and volunteering in higher education ever since then. After working for 3 years at Prestonwood Christian Academy as an art teacher, April worked on staff with the college ministry called F.O.C.U.S at UT Arlington. It was clear at this point that April would have a future in higher education. She started Academic Advising at UT Arlington and Tarrant County College, while volunteering with her church community. April continues working in higher education as a part time Academic Advisor at Collin College.
In her free time, April has been running a photography business for 12 years and loves to photograph families. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Family Studies at Amberton University. She and her husband, Grant, have been married for 5 years and have a son named Milo.
April is excited to give back to the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation community and utilize her gifts and talents to help future generations.
