Shirley Mae Chapman had a long career working as an administrator in the office of a large high school. She loved the students and educators and kept on top of some of the most challenging cases, helping students understand the importance of an education. Shirley worked hard to provide a college education for her own children and would be thrilled to know that had multiplied to help other deserving students.
